Room with breakfast and apartments in S. Pietro - Terms and conditions

Please read through this important information to ensure the best possible experience while hiking in the Dolomites and skiing in the Dolomiti Superski area

Discount for children:

1-3 years old 10€
3-8 years old 20€
8-14 years old 25€

In double room only valid with 2 adults paying full price.


Pets:

For dogs and other pets we charge 10.00 euro per day without food. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket.


Payment methods:

We ask our guests to pay in cash. Debit and credit cards are also accepted.

Prices are per person per day for a minimum stay of three days. Otherwise, an additional €5 per night will be charged.
On arrival the rooms are available from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure we ask you to kindly free the room by 10 a.m.
For the final cleaning of the apartments we charge 25 euro.


Booking:

When booking a room in writing, the guest expressly declares to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.


Binding reservation:

For a binding reservation, we ask you to wire a deposit of 30% of the room rate. Please understand that the deposit is forfeited in the event of a cancellation.


Cancellation terms:

(In accordance with Art. 1832 of the Civil Code) In the event of a written cancellation occurring within 21 days prior to arrival, we will try to rent the room to another guest. If we are unable to do so, the deposit will be forfeited. In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire amount of the booked days will be billed at 100% of the price.

Local tax:

In addition to the room rate, a local tax of 1,75 euro per person per day will be charged. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
