How it all began - The history of the family-run guesthouse
For many decades, the Pension Talblick in S. Pietro has been a popular and affordable accommodation for active holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet
Feeling at home, right from the start
“What brought you here?” “The proximity of the sky, the overwhelming beauty of the nature or the noble cordiality of the house…“
Our guests feel at home at the Pension Talblick.
In 1967, the guesthouse was built in S. Pietro by senior boss Paul. Together with his wife Gisella, he ran the guesthouse with diligence, and made it known far beyond the borders of South Tyrol. People still talk of the unforgettable hiking and skiing holiday in the Dolomites at the guesthouse of “Schnitzel-Paul”, as he is also known, and guests are quick to smile when telling the jokes that Paul still uses to entertain guests.
The family run pension is appreciated until today.
In December 2010, the business has been handed over to son Anton and to his family, who is now continuing the work with the help and values of his parents, together with a lot of warmth, hospitality and humour.
The family renovated the house in May 2015. All the rooms were renovated and enlarged, and each has a large sunny balcony or terrace.
It is important to us that you feel at home. A home away from home.
