The prices are per person and day for a minimum stay of 3 days. Otherwise we will calculate additionally 5 € per overnight. For rooms of the Cat. 1: When using the kitchen corner, we calculate a surcharge of 10.00 € per stay for the cleaning. On the arrival day the rooms are ready for occupation at 2 pm. We kindly ask our guests to vacate the room on the departure day until 10 am. Booking: With the written booking, the guest declares to have read, understood and accepted the general conditions. Reservation confirmation: Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit. Cancellation conditions: (Art. 1832 Codice Civile) For reservations cancelled 21 days prior to the start of the vacation period, the deposit will be withheld as coHBensation, if there is no other reservation following. For late arrivals or early departures we will charge 100% of the entire reservation period. |
